Manu Jara Juarez

With decades of experience and a quarter of a century delighting Sevillians with his sweet treats, Manu Jara defines himself as a professional pastry chef and a teacher by vocation. In addition to his confectioneries (one in the Triana neighbourhood and another in the Old Town of the city on the Guadalquivir River), he has his own pastry classroom and more than fifteen years of experience teaching at centres such as the Seville School of Hospitality. Previously, he had worked in France, where he was born, and in Madrid.
